The Victorian Commission for Gambling Regulation (VCGR) has produced a Responsible Gambling information kit for the gaming industry. The kit contains:
The Gambling Regulation Act 2003 makes it compulsory for certain organisations* that hold gambling industry licences to have a Responsible Gambling Code of Conduct (Code) and, in the case of gaming venue operators, a Self Exclusion Program (SEP). The VCGR is responsible for approving the Codes and SEPs and ensuring they are in place.

*The requirement to have a Code applies to: gaming venue operators, bingo centre operators, commercial raffle organisers, the casino operator, the holder of the wagering licence or the wagering operator, public lotteries licence holders, Club Keno participants interactive gaming licensees and registered bookmakers.
